AXON Tec Prefab Solutions
Engineered blast resistant modules and buildings for high-overpressure environments.
Overview
Blast resistant modules (BRMs) protect people and critical operations inside the hazard radius of refineries, petrochemical plants, tank farms and offshore facilities. AXON Tec engineers and manufactures blast resistant buildings in the UAE, designed to a defined overpressure and duration derived from the client's facility siting study.
Each module is analysed with structural dynamic methods (SDOF / FEA) against the design blast load, then built as a welded steel structure with blast-rated doors, windows, HVAC dampers and penetrations. Units are delivered as single modules or multi-module complexes for control rooms, offices, workshops, laboratories and shelters.

Benefits
Overpressure and duration taken from your facility siting study, verified by SDOF or finite element analysis.
Blast-rated doors, windows, HVAC dampers and cable / pipe penetrations from qualified suppliers.
Optional A-60 fire rating, gas detection, ESD interface and pressurised HVAC with automatic shutdown.
Skid or module-mounted so the building can be re-deployed as plant layouts change.
Control room consoles, offices, welfare facilities, server rooms and switchgear rooms fitted in the factory.
Design reports, calculations, material certificates and third-party review packages supplied.

FAQ
Common questions AXON Tec clients ask about blast resistant modules in the uae.
A blast resistant module (BRM) is a factory-built steel building engineered to withstand a specified blast overpressure without endangering occupants. It is used for control rooms, offices, shelters and equipment rooms located inside the hazard radius of a process facility.
The rating comes from your facility siting study, which defines the peak overpressure and duration at the building location. Common designs range from 3 psi to 10 psi. Share the study or the required load and we will engineer the module to match.
Yes. We frequently combine blast resistance with A-60 fire insulation, Zone 2 electrical design and gas detection in a single module for offshore and refinery applications.
Standard prefab and modular units are typically delivered in 6–12 weeks depending on size and specification. Flat-pack and stock container solutions can be dispatched faster; complex offshore and blast-resistant modules require longer engineering lead times. We confirm a firm schedule once the specification is fixed.
Every unit we deliver is designed and manufactured under our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 quality, environmental and safety management, with third-party inspection to ATEX, IECEx, IMO, SOLAS, DNV 2.7-1, ABS, LR and BV where applicable. Independent third-party inspection is arranged for offshore, hazardous-area and marine projects on request.
Yes. Our in-house architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical engineers tailor layouts, finishes, HVAC, fire protection and power distribution to each client brief. We work from client drawings or produce a full design package from a functional requirement.
