AXON Tec Prefab Solutions
A60-rated, blast-resistant and Zone 2 offshore accommodation modules.
Overview
AXON Tec engineers offshore accommodation modules and specialised containerised units for oil & gas operators, EPC contractors and marine clients across the UAE and wider region. Every module is designed to the applicable offshore standard — DNV 2.7-1, ABS, LR, BV — with third-party certification arranged as part of the delivery package.
Our offshore range covers A60 fire-rated accommodation and utility units, blast-resistant modules (BRM), Zone 2 containerised equipment rooms, offshore laboratories, pressurised modules, reefer and chemical storage units, workshops, pump skids and compressor packages.

Benefits
DNV 2.7-1 primary lifting frames, A60 fire protection and Zone 2 electrical designs certified by the appropriate class society.
BRMs designed to the site-specific overpressure and drag profile, with independent verification.
Offshore accommodation is engineered for maximum function in minimum footprint — bunks, ablutions, HVAC, safety systems all within a certified envelope.
Coating systems selected for offshore corrosion protection, with 15+ year design life on primary steel.
Every module is delivered with weight report, load-out plan, class certificate, HAZOP records and O&M manual.
Fabrication and integration in-region means faster mobilisation and lower logistics cost than European or Asian yards.

FAQ
Common questions AXON Tec clients ask about offshore accommodation modules.
An A60 rated module is fire-tested to withstand a hydrocarbon or cellulosic fire on one side for 60 minutes without ignition or excessive temperature rise on the other side. It is the standard rating for offshore accommodation and safe refuges.
Yes. Offshore lifting frames are engineered and third-party certified to DNV 2.7-1 or the equivalent ABS/LR standard, with full documentation supplied on handover.
Yes. We design and manufacture BRMs to the site-specific overpressure and drag profile provided by the operator or EPC, with independent verification.
Standard prefab and modular units are typically delivered in 6–12 weeks depending on size and specification. Flat-pack and stock container solutions can be dispatched faster; complex offshore and blast-resistant modules require longer engineering lead times. We confirm a firm schedule once the specification is fixed.
Every unit we deliver is designed and manufactured under our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 quality, environmental and safety management, with third-party inspection to ATEX, IECEx, IMO, SOLAS, DNV 2.7-1, ABS, LR and BV where applicable. Independent third-party inspection is arranged for offshore, hazardous-area and marine projects on request.
Yes. Our in-house architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical engineers tailor layouts, finishes, HVAC, fire protection and power distribution to each client brief. We work from client drawings or produce a full design package from a functional requirement.
